VA (Virtuelle Assistenz) Social Media & Content Manager (w/m/d) - Freelance, 100% Remote

NETSHAKE

Germanycontract

Du produzierst Video-Content end-to-end: Konzept, Aufnahme, Schnitt, Untertitel, Veröffentlichung. Social Media Designer — B2B Posts & Visual Content

Day Translations

Remotecontract

Day Translations is hiring a remote Social Media Designer to create clear, distinctive visual content for our global language-services brand. This is an ongoing contractor opportunity for a designer who can turn strong ideas into effective social posts. You will work with our Social Media Manager, who owns the content calendar, research, copy, publishing and community engagement. Your focus is designing the visual assets and delivering files that are ready to publish. WHAT YOU WILL CREATE • Branded social graphics, multi-slide carousels, infographics, quote cards, campaign visuals, thumbnails and covers. • Platform-specific versions for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest and YouTube. • Reusable templates that keep our visual identity consistent while allowing fresh, original ideas. • Simple motion graphics or short-form video assets if those are among your skills. Motion and video editing are helpful extras, not prerequisites for this design role. HOW WE WILL WORK • The manager supplies a clear brief, approved copy, audience, objective and deadline. You propose a visual direction and flag any missing information. • Create professional, human-made designs that communicate translation, interpreting, localization, language and culture clearly. Use original work and properly licensed assets; avoid generic AI-generated final artwork. • Apply our brand guidelines consistently, including typography, color, spacing and visual hierarchy. Keep text readable on mobile and check contrast, spelling, alignment, safe areas and export quality. • Deliver publish-ready exports in the agreed dimensions, plus organized editable source files and any necessary asset or font information. • Incorporate agreed feedback, track versions and meet the publishing calendar’s deadlines. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • A portfolio showing strong social-media design, typography, layout and visual storytelling. B2B or professional-services work is especially useful. • Confidence in your preferred professional design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or Canva. You do not need to use every tool; the quality of your work and editable handoff matter most. • Ability to turn business concepts into approachable visuals, follow a brief, explain design decisions and collaborate reliably in English. • Individual applicants who will personally create the work. Tell us your availability, time zone and usual turnaround times. HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED On-time delivery of the agreed assets; accurate approved copy; consistent brand styling; readable, correctly sized exports; organized editable source files; and completed agreed revisions. The manager handles posting and performance reporting, with your support in testing better creative ideas. HOW TO APPLY Submit your résumé and portfolio, including three examples you personally designed. Explain your contribution and include a carousel or multi-slide post if available. Share the tools you use, whether you also offer motion or video editing, your monthly compensation expectation in USD, weekly availability and start date. Complete the application questions and the required 60-second Loom video in English. Briefly show one portfolio item, explain why you made the main design choices, and describe how you take ownership of your work and the company’s success. You may add an optional second section in another language. Make sure the link can be viewed without requesting access. We are separately hiring a Social Media Manager. This application is for the person who designs the posts.

Video Content Creator / Créateur de contenu vidéo

Landr

New York, United Statescontract

LANDR is a fast-growing audio company made up of left-brained creative technologists, right-brained music professionals and everyone in between. Our mission is to give music makers the freedom to create and be heard. We bring our love of music to work every day and we are continuously innovating to create experiences that delight and engage our audience of over 6 million music creators. We're looking for a Video Content Creator to make engaging content for LANDR's social media. You’ll film and edit, and also be one of the faces and voices of the content! We are looking for someone to bring a pop culture instinct, a working knowledge of music production, and the ability to explain things the way a friend would, not the way a brand would. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, focused on growing our reach with emerging artists and music creators. This position is remote and open to candidates regardless of location. What you'll do Create and feature on short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram, YT Shorts, etc. Create and feature on long-form video walkthroughs Pitch video ideas rooted in what's happening in music and pop culture right now, including trends, sounds, releases, and conversations artists are having Write or adapt your own scripts and hooks, keeping them tight, jargon-free, and native to each platform Collaborate with our social, design, and video teams, on shoot planning and editing notes Review performance with the Organic team at LANDR, and use what works to shape the next round of content Stay on top of platform trends and formats, and bring new ideas to test What we're looking for On-camera experience as a creator, host, or presenter, with a portfolio or channel we can look at A strong, natural presence on camera. You can hold attention in the first three seconds and keep it A working knowledge of music production and the modern artist workflow (DAWs, mixing and mastering basics, releasing music independently) A sharp ear for pop culture and a real feel for what's resonating with young music creators Fluency in TikTok and Instagram Reels culture: hooks, pacing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling The ability to simplify technical ideas without dumbing them down Excellent spoken and written English How to apply: the test Along with your application, please submit a short test video. Deliverable: one 30–45 second vertical video, in English, in the style of "LANDR Can Do That?", a format built around one underused feature and the one artist problem it solves. Pick something from landr.com you find interesting or useful (distribution royalty splits, free mastering, the plugin bundle, whatever) and explain it to the camera the way you'd tell a friend about a hack you just found, not the way a brand would pitch it. Hook in the first three seconds, one feature only, no jargon. A phone camera is fine. Send it as a link (unlisted YouTube, Google Drive, whatever's easiest) or as file below. At LANDR, we don’t just accept diversity, we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community. LANDR is striving every day to create a more diverse workplace, and we strongly encourage applications from people of color, women, LGBTQ people, people of any religion, age, or belonging to any marginalized community.
