Graphic Designer — Remote, India

1. Design social media posts, ads and digital creatives 2. Create company profiles, presentations and marketing collateral 3. Design website pages and UI layouts 4. Improve and maintain Propello's portfolio/case studies 5. Prepare client-facing mockups and proposals 6. Resize/adapt designs across different platforms 7. Support basic video/reel editing when required 8. Work with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva 9. Use AI design tools where they improve productivity

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 2+ years of relevant design experience 2. Strong portfolio is mandatory 3. Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign 4. Figma experience 5. Strong typography and layout skills 6. Good English communication 7. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
