We are expanding our digital presence and seeking a dynamic, creative Video Content Creator to become the face and voice of Green Source across our social media channels and ad campaigns!

About the Role

In this high-impact remote role, you will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form video content. You will act as our primary on-screen presenter, delivering selfie-style ad creatives, product explainer videos, customer testimonial videos and on-site job updates covering our solar batteries, air conditioning and heat pump installations.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Screen Presenting: Serve as the main brand presenter, filming clear, high-energy selfie-style videos, UGC-focused ads, and explainer clips using high-end mobile setups.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm video angles, hooks, scripts, and shoot concepts tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads.
• On-Site Filming: Travel to residential installation sites across Melbourne (up to 2 visits per week) to capture real-world installations, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing short-form videos using CapCut, Canva and other platforms.

What We Are Looking For

• On-Camera Talent: Confident, charismatic, and natural in front of a camera with clear communication skills.

• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and other platforms to produce fast-paced, high-converting social video content.
• Mobile Filming Experience: Skilled in capturing crisp, high-quality selfie and handheld videos using smartphone camera setups.
• Proactive & Collaborative: A creative mindset with the initiative to pitch new video ideas and execute them alongside our marketing strategy.
• Melbourne Mobility: Ability to visit local Melbourne job sites atleast twice a week.
