About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join PT Hookah Place Partnership on a part-time basis. Based in Badung, Bali, this role offers the opportunity to contribute creative expertise to our growing brand. What you'll be doing

• Creating engaging and visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including social media graphics, promotional posters, and digital advertisements
• Developing and maintaining brand consistency across all visual communications and design assets
• Designing menus, signage, and in-venue promotional materials that enhance the customer experience
• Collaborating with the management team to understand brand vision and translate it into effective visual concepts
• Producing digital and print-ready designs tailored to various platforms and formats
• Incorporating customer feedback and design revisions to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
• Staying current with design trends and applying contemporary techniques to keep our brand fresh and competitive

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and creative problem-solving
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in creating designs for digital and print media
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of content requirements for various digital channels
• Experience in hospitality or leisure industry design is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
