UCWS is an Australian brand (Perth-based) making premium, custom-fit window shades that make every road trip more comfortable. We're a lean team of three, we move fast, and we care more about what you can do than how many meetings you can sit through. If you like structure, autonomy, and zero corporate fluff — you'll fit right in.

Why this role is worth your time

• Full creative ownership. You'll run the monthly content plan from idea to publish — not just execute someone else's brief.
• Work with AI, not around it. Ideation, copywriting, image and video creation — we expect you to use modern AI tools daily, not as an afterthought.
• Flexible, remote, Bali-based. ~5–6 hours a day, Monday–Friday. No commute, no office politics.
• A team that actually talks to you. Small, friendly, remote-first — communication is direct and in English, no bureaucracy.
• Real variety. One day you're editing a reel, the next you're managing inventory records or handling a customer email. If repetitive 9-to-5 tasks bore you, this won't.

What you'll do

Content & Social Media

• Own the monthly content calendar and plan for social media and marketing
• Research trends and turn them into ideas that actually fit the UCWS brand
• Create images, videos, reels, stories and promo content — and resize for every format (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
• Use AI tools for ideation, copywriting, image and video creation
• Track what performs and use that to sharpen the next month's plan

Operations & Support

• Support the Personal Assistant to the Director with day-to-day business tasks
• Handle customer and supplier enquiries by email, professionally and on-brand
• Keep inventory, records and spreadsheets accurate (Excel skills needed)
• Prepare reports and business documents as needed

Who we're looking for

• Strong computer and AI skills — you're comfortable exploring new tools, not intimidated by them
• Real graphic design, photo and video editing experience
• Fluent, confident English (you'll work directly with an Australian team)
• Reliable and committed — we need someone we can count on, not someone who "tries"
• Based in Bali, ideally in or near Ubud
• Bonus: administrative/correspondence experience

• IDR 5,000,000–6,000,000 / month
• Independent Contractor position — ongoing, no fixed end date
