Social Media and Email Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the Role

You'll own our presence on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and run our email marketing program end-to-end in Klaviyo. You'll be responsible for planning and creating content, keeping automated email flows working hard in the background, and reporting on what's driving engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
• Run email marketing program end-to-end in Klaviyo
• Keep automated email flows working in the background
• Report on what's driving engagement and sales
• Read performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years' experience in social media management and/or email marketing, ideally in ecommerce
• Proven hands-on experience creating content for and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, or similar) to support content creation
• Data-driven — comfortable reading performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Proven experience running Klaviyo — campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and reporting
• Strong copywriting and visual content skills
• Strong written English communication
