Job Summary: We're reaching out to find a skilled and dependable YouTube Video Editor to create polished, faceless educational videos for our channel. Working from scripts we fully supply, you'll convert written content into engaging 10–14 minute videos with a clean, modern visual style, and animation-based formats are welcome. This role is made for someone who combines strong editing craft with genuine, in-depth knowledge of YouTube's content policies and takes pride in work that is both creative and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce faceless educational YouTube videos of roughly 10–14 minutes from supplied scripts
• Convert written scripts into engaging visuals using footage, graphics, text overlays, and animation where it fits
• Bring a clean, modern editing style that matches current YouTube standards and viewer expectations
• Make sure every video meets YouTube's content policies, community guidelines, and copyright rules in full, shielding the channel from strikes or restrictions
• Turn in each finished video for review and work in feedback before final approval
• Process revisions efficiently and keep quality consistent from video to video
• Keep project files, assets, and versions organized so production flows smoothly
• Communicate proactively on progress, timelines, and potential issues
• Work directly with the business owner to develop the channel's visual style over time

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos, ideally faceless or narration-based content
• Deep familiarity with YouTube content policies, community guidelines, and copyright rules, including how strikes, claims, and channel restrictions arise and how to steer clear of them
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Strong feel for modern editing style, covering pacing, motion graphics, text animation, and visual storytelling
• Ability to follow supplied scripts accurately and translate them faithfully into video
• Organized, exacting, and able to manage your own workload
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

Preferred Skills:

• Experience making animated or motion-graphics-based explainer videos
• Background editing educational, informational, or business-focused content
• Familiarity with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., AI scriptwriting or voiceover platforms)
• Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO, titles, and thumbnails
• Experience handling the full production workflow for a single channel
