Coordinate VFX production workflows by tracking tasks, organizing reviews, and managing shot deliveries while keeping teams aligned on daily priorities and schedules. - Schedule, prioritize, and track internal technical assignments and project details - Organize dailies, rounds, and project meetings; set up rooms and media - Maintain ShotGrid/Flow statuses, task assignments, and project scope daily - Coordinate and package shot deliveries, including submission documentation - Manage calendars and record notes from clients, dailies, and rounds - Communicate team updates, priorities, and schedule changes to stakeholders - Monitor multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery to specification - Prepare documentation and reports; track and manage tasks - Establish quality control and project closure processes
