As a VFX Producer, you will manage VFX projects end-to-end, partnering with supervisors, coordinators, and artists while liaising with clients to deliver work on time and on budget. - Work with VFX Supervisors to assess scope, quote work, and prepare bid documentation - Liaise with external client stakeholders and internal leadership to align on requirements and delivery - Track and manage studio workflow across production and post-production to hit deadlines - Create and maintain project schedules and resource plans - Track incoming project elements and manage deliveries through the pipeline - Coordinate submissions and ensure all deliverables are completed and sent on time - Organize dailies, rounds, and meetings; take notes and follow up on action items - Maintain accurate task status and notes in the production database daily - Support production accounting by tracking bid approvals, invoicing details, and payment schedules - Attend set with the VFX Supervisor as needed and coordinate on-set VFX requirements
