Join AJ Bell’s digital team as a UX Designer on a 3-month contract to deliver user-centred experiences across customer-facing digital journeys, from discovery through delivery. - Lead UX work across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery - Implement upcoming brand changes across digital journeys - Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to communicate ideas - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation - Run iterative design cycles using data, research, and feedback - Maintain and contribute to the design system and component library - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions - Present design rationale and engage stakeholders through demos/workshops
