Design end-to-end user experiences for the ALG Portal supporting Amazon’s Project Kuiper, translating complex technical workflows into intuitive interfaces. You will lead discovery through validation and partner closely with product and engineering. - Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to develop personas - Define customer journeys, storyboards, and site maps - Design user flows aligned with real-world scenarios - Create design systems and style guides aligned to Kuiper/Amazon standards - Produce UI mockups and interactive prototypes - Run usability testing and heuristic reviews, documenting findings - Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
