Accelerate Change is hiring a freelance editor to create high-performing short-form videos for major social platforms, with an emphasis on platform-native storytelling and growth-focused pacing. - Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and similar platforms - Craft strong opening hooks to capture attention and improve watch time - Apply platform-specific best practices for pacing, captions, formatting, and storytelling - Stay current on trends, formats, sounds, and visual styles across social platforms - Experiment with edits, structures, and visual approaches to test performance - Design and implement on-screen text, titles, captions, and visual cues - Repurpose and optimize content across multiple platforms while maintaining intent - Collaborate with producers and content leads on ideation, structure, and creative direction - Maintain brand consistency while adapting to platform-native aesthetics - Format deliverables correctly for each platform (aspect ratios, lengths, safe zones, captions)
