Lead end-to-end product design and UX research for a creator marketplace app, partnering closely with product and engineering leadership to shape the roadmap and strategy. - Own product design from discovery through launch and iteration - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs in Figma - Build and evolve a scalable design system (components, patterns, guidelines) - Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements - Lead qualitative interviews, surveys, and usability testing - Synthesize research into actionable insights and recommendations - Create narratives, decks, and visualizations to communicate findings - Design and source brand-aligned visual assets for marketing (web pages, decks, graphics)
