Codelitt is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design initiatives, with a strong focus on design systems and scalable UI. You will audit existing products, translate research into components and tokens, and document systems for engineering handoff. - Own the end-to-end product design process for assigned initiatives - Audit existing platforms to inventory components, patterns, and visual styles - Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for systemization - Define and evolve a cohesive, scalable visual language - Translate UX research findings into design tokens, components, and patterns - Build and maintain responsive, variant-based component libraries - Produce high-fidelity visual designs, user flows, and interaction documentation - Document the design system for clear engineering implementation
