As a Senior Product Designer on the Digital Experience Uplift team, you will lead a UX/UI overhaul across Ticketek’s digital products to improve fan experience while supporting commercial outcomes like conversion and retention.
- Lead end-to-end UX and product design from discovery through delivery
- Translate user and business needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Use research, usability testing, and analytics to iterate and refine solutions
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and UX best-practice compliance
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements and align to roadmaps
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and CX teams to deliver joined-up experiences across channels
- Brief, review, and quality-assure external design agency deliverables
- Contribute to and help maintain the organisation’s design system and design governance
- Balance fan outcomes with commercial goals such as revenue uplift and digital adoption
