As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end eCommerce experience design across web and mobile, from early discovery through delivery. You’ll balance strong UX/UI craft with commercial and user-centred thinking in a fast-moving, multi-team environment. - Lead design of end-to-end eCommerce journeys across web and mobile - Produce UX/UI deliverables including flows, prototypes, and responsive layouts - Define interaction patterns and support clear, scalable design decisions - Create and evolve design system components with consistency and governance - Collaborate with product, engineering, content, data, and insight teams to shape requirements - Support user testing and research to validate and refine designs - Drive structured feedback, iteration, and handover processes across teams - Present work and rationale clearly to cross-disciplinary stakeholders - Contribute to workflow optimisation, playbooks, and design operations
