As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end eCommerce experience design from inception through delivery, working across UX, UI, and design systems in a fast-moving, multi-team environment. - Lead design of end-to-end eCommerce journeys across web and mobile - Create UX and UI deliverables including flows, prototypes, and responsive layouts - Define interaction patterns and support conversion-focused experience improvements - Create and evolve design system components for consistency and scalability - Collaborate with product, engineering, content, data, and insight teams to shape requirements - Support user testing and research activities to refine design decisions - Drive structured feedback, iteration, and handover processes across teams - Present work clearly to stakeholders across disciplines - Contribute to workflow optimisation, playbooks, and design operations
