As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end product design work to create usable, joyful digital experiences for Tails.com customers. You’ll collaborate in cross-functional squads and use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions. - Participate in end-to-end discovery, from problem framing through delivery - Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and polished UI/visual designs - Conduct and/or support usability testing and synthesize findings into design improvements - Partner with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and Content to shape product direction - Translate customer insights into valuable, usable product solutions - Use rapid iteration to learn, validate, and improve designs in a fast-paced environment - Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design documentation - Present design concepts, rationale, and vision to teams and leadership - Ensure design consistency and cohesive experiences across all customer touchpoints
