As a Senior Product Designer on the Digital Customer Experience team, you will own UX initiatives from inception through implementation and influence product decisions through research and design best practices.
- Influence Product Owner decisions using UX best practices and research
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement effective solutions in an agile environment
- Design visual style, interfaces, and interaction flows aligned to design system standards
- Create conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
- Develop research strategies and usability test plans, scripts, and scenarios
- Conduct heuristic reviews, user interviews, and moderated/unmoderated usability testing
- Present work to stakeholders using storytelling and clear communication
- Provide status updates and manage risks using tools like Rally, Jira, and Aha!
- Mentor and guide other designers to support team growth
- Ensure designs are responsive across desktop and mobile platforms
