As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design on two complex business applications, from discovery and ideation through detailed UX/UI delivery, working closely with PM, design leadership, stakeholders, and users. - Lead discovery/research with Sales and internal users to frame needs and constraints - Run ideation workshops to explore solutions and align stakeholders - Design detailed user journeys, flows, and interfaces for a new portfolio management app - Produce UX and UI deliverables (personas, flows, screens) using an existing design system - Contribute to the evolution of an existing product lifecycle application (sales/logistics/delivery) - Identify business-specific requirements (regulatory changes, country variants, catalog complexity) - Collaborate with PM, Head of Design, Lead UI/Design System, and stakeholders throughout delivery
