Own end-to-end performance on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts, scaling and optimizing campaigns while partnering with creative and growth teams to improve full-funnel results.
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta ad accounts
- Manage and scale campaigns with mid to high five-figure monthly budgets
- Build testing frameworks, campaign structures, and scaling strategies
- Analyze full-funnel performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, MER)
- Guide creative concepts, hooks, and iteration based on performance data
- Identify and test audiences (broad, interests, lookalikes, retargeting)
- Implement and optimize Advantage+ and manual campaign structures
- Monitor attribution, pixel/CAPI performance, and signal health
- Deliver clear reporting and insights to internal teams or clients
- Help lead weekly client calls
