You will architect reusable UI components and deliver high-performance, secure user experiences. - Lead implementation of HR (Admin Console) and Payroll (Execution Engine) portals - Build and maintain a shared internal component library using shadcn/ui and TailwindCSS - Develop reusable UI components such as DatePickers, CurrencyInputs, and DataTables - Implement high-performance data grids with TanStack Table for large datasets - Manage server state with TanStack Query (caching, optimistic updates) - Manage client state with Zustand across complex workflows - Build large multi-step forms with React Hook Form and Zod validation - Implement authentication and RBAC UI visibility using NextAuth/Cognito - Write tests for critical user flows to prevent production regressions
