Superside is hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Designer to lead brand and advertising design work for its internal marketing team, creating high-performing creative across web, social, and direct response channels. - Lead and execute multi-channel brand and marketing design projects - Create direct response advertising assets that support conversion goals - Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, motion designers, and product designers - Design and deliver assets in Figma from concept through production - Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand system - Translate complex concepts into clear, impactful visual storytelling - Iterate quickly using feedback, data, and performance metrics - Mentor and guide other designers with constructive feedback
