Design and scale Alchemy’s static-first brand and marketing visuals across web, social, lifecycle, and sales enablement, while improving consistency and throughput with reusable systems and AI-assisted workflows. - Design marketing assets including blog graphics, social posts, ads, and landing-page visuals - Create one-pagers, sales collateral, decks, and templates for sales enablement - Build and maintain reusable components and lightweight brand guidelines - Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Product Design to translate technical stories into clear visuals - Critique and refine briefs with stakeholders to clarify goals and scope - Present 2–3 design directions with rationale and tradeoffs - Introduce and document AI-assisted creative workflows the team can adopt - Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining craft and consistency
