Lead an AI content production team while staying hands-on in creating AI-generated illustrations, animation, and video deliverables for B2B clients. You will own creative execution end-to-end, manage workflows, and ensure high-quality output across projects. - Serve as the primary creative contact for B2B clients and translate vision into briefs - Manage end-to-end project workflows from scoping through delivery - Build timelines, allocate resources, and deliver on time and on budget - Lead creation of AI-generated illustrations, animations, and video projects - Execute AI ads and immersive media experiences from concept to completion - Run client presentations, creative reviews, and expectation-setting - Establish creative quality standards, workflows, and SOPs for AI production - Mentor junior AI creators and provide feedback through creative reviews - Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize AI workflows for efficiency
