Support end-to-end production for stills and short-form motion projects, from pre-production through shoot days and wrap, working closely with Lead Producers to keep projects organized and on schedule. - Support pre-pro, on-set execution, and post-shoot wrap - Build and maintain schedules, call sheets, run of show, and project trackers - Coordinate crew and vendors including photographers, stylists, HMU, and studios - Assist with client and agency communications as directed by the Lead Producer - Track budgets, POs, COIs/insurance, permits, and vendor paperwork - Manage logistics including locations/studios, transport, load-in/out, and catering - Support on-set operations and real-time problem-solving - Track asset delivery timelines for stills and motion - Support invoicing, reconciliations, and production wrap documentation
