Support the on-the-ground execution of a multi-week experiential campaign in Atlanta, ensuring smooth logistics, staffing, and consumer engagement across pop-up activations. - Own end-to-end execution of MARTA pop-up activations and guerrilla sampling missions - Manage a field team of nine Brand Ambassadors (coverage, breaks, issue resolution) - Oversee transportation and handling of apparel, demo kits, POS materials, and branded assets - Build and maintain operational systems for consistent activation delivery - Partner with senior marketing leadership to recap insights and performance in weekly reviews - Ensure activations meet safety, compliance, and brand standards - Serve as the on-site escalation point in dynamic public environments - Manage field reporting and accurate submission of activation data - Maintain asset management, storage, and equipment control for readiness
