Design and improve an existing web application by auditing the current UX and delivering actionable UX/UI updates aligned to user needs and business goals. - Conduct a quick UX review / product audit of the existing web application - Identify usability issues, friction points, and navigation challenges from user feedback - Propose improvements to information architecture and navigation structure - Improve layout, usability patterns, visual hierarchy, and accessibility - Create user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes - Produce high-fidelity UI designs as needed - Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and user needs - Partner with development to ensure designs are feasible and correctly implemented - Deliver implementation-ready design specs and documentation
