This role leads the planning and delivery of series-focused programming and initiatives for TIFF: The Market, managing operations from ideation through on-site execution. You will research the global series landscape, source projects and speakers, and oversee schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications. - Plan and deliver series-focused initiatives (e.g., Series Accelerator and Summit talks) - Source and select series projects for Project Market, IP Exchange, and Innovation Hub - Research industry trends and identify key business and creative leaders in the series sector - Liaise with stakeholders to hear pitches and track speakers and session ideas - Lead submission review and selection processes, including invitations and availability checks - Build and manage programme budgets; track fees, fellowships, hospitality, and expenses - Oversee workflows, task assignments, and cross-departmental processes for Labs and sessions - Manage scheduling and logistics, including venue/room bookings and tech requests - Produce and support on-site Labs, pitches, meetings, talks, and events during the Market - Draft industry communications (press releases, web/newsletter copy, stage remarks) for sign-off
