Produce and support socially-led campaigns, activations, and editorial content across shoots, events, and integrated projects, partnering with internal teams and external production vendors while managing budgets and timelines. - Execute shoots, events, and other production work across social-led campaigns - Manage production types from nimble organic social content to full-scale productions - Build ballparks/estimates and manage production workflows, timelines, and deliverables - Coordinate day-to-day communication with creatives, accounts, and external crew - Create and distribute call sheets, shot lists, and pre-production books - Support crew and vendor outreach during pre-production - Manage contracts, releases, invoices, and internal production status documentation - Handle production pick-ups/returns for props, equipment, and talent; support on-set as needed
