Oversee the finishing of marketing promos and other promotional content by supervising online editing and audio sweetening through final delivery. This role manages QC, delivery specs, and approvals across departments for broadcast, digital, and out-of-home assets. - Supervise online editors and audio sweetening mixers through promo finishing - Direct voice-over talent and oversee VO session scheduling - QC AV media files and Digital Out of Home assets prior to delivery - Ensure all deliverables meet required audio/video specifications - Apply video limiter and audio presets in Premiere as needed before export - Interpret creative direction from writers/producers and creative directors - Export final files and create approval links for stakeholders - Coordinate with operations and support services to align workflows - Order graphics and provide music information to support promo completion
