This role leads performance-focused creative strategy for paid media, turning ad performance insights into winning concepts and actionable briefs across platforms. You will collaborate with creators and production teams to optimize assets and improve results. - Analyze paid media creative performance to identify trends and winning ads - Research audiences, culture, and brand context to inform concept ideation - Turn insights into clear creative briefs for design, UGC, and editing teams - Maintain a feedback loop on asset performance to guide iteration and testing - Collaborate with UGC creators, designers, and video editors to produce ad concepts - Review and QA creative assets for brand alignment, accuracy, and performance readiness - Adapt creative for different platforms, formats, and placements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) - Research, test, and recommend AI tools to improve ideation, reporting, and efficiency - Lead onboarding and implementation of approved AI tools within the team
