Produce and grow Sofar Sounds live events in Orange County by curating lineups and venues, running event operations, and driving local promotion and partnerships. - Curate, produce, and promote concerts and other live events in Orange County - Build and execute a local city strategy (show volume, neighborhoods, themes) - Lead artist and venue sourcing, outreach, booking, and relationship management - Own show staffing and on-the-ground event operations to ensure high-quality experiences - Manage event financial performance to ensure each show is financially healthy - Plan and execute self-directed local marketing to sell tickets and build awareness - Sell local sponsorships and private shows with businesses and partners - Build co-promotion relationships with local organizations and media partners - Collaborate with regional teams to support inbound partnership opportunities
