Lead end-to-end production execution across multiple digital content projects, owning budgets, staffing, logistics, and delivery while partnering with creative, talent, and post teams. - Oversee multiple productions from budget creation through final delivery - Lead cross-functional communication with creative, talent, studio ops, post, design, accounting, and legal - Build and maintain production budgets, forecasts, and reporting with production accounting - Hire freelance crew and manage a roster of crew and creative partners - Secure locations, coordinate equipment rentals, and manage vendors across multiple cities - Supervise shoot days (on set or remotely) to ensure schedule, operations, and safety - Manage timelines, shot lists, logistics, and coordination with external vendors or talent - Scout locations, source props, and prepare studio/on-location setups - Review and approve invoices and project-related credit card transactions
