As a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer, you will define experience architecture and lead the execution of UX deliverables for client digital products, from concept through completion. - Design holistic systems, user flows, and interfaces - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual compositions - Produce UX deliverables such as user flows, site maps, and usability test plans - Lead stakeholder discussions on feature design using a methodical approach - Balance creative requirements with client business requirements - Provide guidance, leadership, and support to other UX designers - Communicate complex ideas clearly to internal teams and clients - Identify risks, anticipate needs, and mitigate issues proactively
