Lead production for a new online multiplayer RPG, owning the “how” and “when” of development and helping a growing team deliver a polished, high-quality game. - Manage a multidisciplinary development team across design, engineering, and art - Build and maintain sustainable production processes and team rituals - Plan, schedule, and execute the team’s work against goals and roadmap - Own and manage the project backlog in JIRA, including configuration and workflows - Translate creative vision into actionable, predictable plans - Align with department leads to manage dependencies and communication - Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and impediments - Report project status, progress, and risks to leadership - Coordinate with external development partners and outsourcing as needed
