Lead pre-production and on-set execution for high-end stills and short-form motion shoots, owning schedules, budgets, and client communication from kickoff through wrap. - Lead end-to-end production for advertising, editorial, and branded shoots - Build and manage schedules, call sheets, run of show, and project trackers - Coordinate crew and vendors including photographers, stylists, HMU, DT, PAs, studio, and equipment - Serve as the primary client/agency contact and drive day-of decisions on set - Manage budgets, POs, COIs/insurance, permits, reconciliation, and wrap - Oversee logistics including studio/location, transport, load-in/out, catering, and compliance - Ensure delivery timelines for stills and motion are met
