Lead production for the Live Game (LG) team on World of Warcraft, overseeing a team of producers delivering live service initiatives and features. You’ll partner with design and leadership stakeholders to plan roadmaps, manage risks, and improve production processes. - Supervise production for a multidisciplinary team delivering live game features - Partner with Directors and Leads to align goals across the organization - Translate goals into roadmaps, schedules, and clear milestones - Facilitate communication, organization, risk management, and accountability - Lead process improvement initiatives and production methodology refinement - Develop staffing plans and coordinate resourcing for your area of the game - Manage and mentor a team of producers, including career planning and development - Produce features as needed based on resources and requirements
