Lead experience design on technology projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver digital products and services for clients.
- Create experience design deliverables such as journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems
- Facilitate workshops and client brainstorms to align on problems and solutions
- Lead and advise research activities using contextual inquiry, interviews, experiments, and user testing
- Set and communicate design hypotheses for delivery teams and stakeholders
- Make strategic design decisions at the portfolio level
- Track and communicate project scope, risks, and status updates
- Manage expectations by clearly communicating design deliverables
- Mentor teammates through on-the-job training and design support
- Represent experience design externally through conferences, webinars, and meetups
