TBN is seeking a freelance Lead Video Editor to support the daily Better Together series with broadcast-ready edits and on-time delivery. You will manage the post workflow from ingest through final delivery while meeting network technical standards. - Edit video content for broadcast and digital distribution - Manage post-production workflow from ingest to final delivery - Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams on storytelling - Ensure compliance with broadcast specs (color space, aspect ratio, audio levels) - Meet captioning requirements for deliverables - Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues to keep delivery on schedule - Maintain consistency and accuracy across all outputs - Stay current on editing software and broadcast technologies - Work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, overtime) as needed
