PsiQuantum is seeking a social media-savvy junior video editor to repurpose existing interviews and branded content into engaging short-form edits for digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with a Video Producer to create platform-optimized cutdowns that maximize reach and engagement. - Edit short-form videos (reels, stories, clips) from existing edits and raw footage - Create multiple cutdowns and variations tailored to different platforms and audiences - Add captions, subtitles, graphics, and on-brand text overlays - Optimize edits for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other social channels - Track social media trends, formats, and best practices to inform edits - Organize and manage footage libraries and project files - Collaborate on creative approaches to improve engagement and reach - Perform light color correction and audio mixing as needed
