Lead global brand strategy and execution for premium spirits brands, partnering with local markets to deliver near-term commercial goals and long-term brand growth. This role oversees brand foundations, innovation, packaging, communications, and experience programs while leading a small global brand team. - Develop long-term global brand strategy and multi-year plans - Partner with local markets to execute brand plans across priority channels - Lead brand stewardship, ensuring brand DNA and equity are strengthened - Guide packaging and design codes to build distinctiveness and saliency - Drive innovation strategy and pipeline aligned to brand and commercial goals - Partner with pricing/revenue teams on long-term pricing strategy and execution - Build integrated brand experience platforms and consumer programs - Track performance against KPIs and manage marketing budgets - Lead and develop a Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Managers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
