Lead end-to-end delivery of website and digital projects, owning technical decisions from client scoping through deployment while coordinating internal teams and external vendors. - Own the full digital project lifecycle from consultation to final delivery - Define scope, functional specs, production plans, and effort estimates - Manage schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery - Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, writing, interaction, development) - Manage third-party partners and outsourcing vendors, including briefs and proposal evaluation - Create and maintain information architecture, site maps, and technical documentation - Produce wireframes and collaborate on front-end and CMS component requirements - Plan and execute QA/QC, author test plans, and support UAT/MAT processes - Support ongoing operations including maintenance, development, and CMS management strategy
