As a Creative Strategist, you will lead UX/UI-driven design strategy and execution for Shopify eCommerce experiences, partnering with developers and project managers to deliver conversion-optimized sites for DTC brands. - Set the creative bar across projects with a focus on UX, UI, and brand alignment - Provide visual direction for custom and theme-based Shopify builds - Own visual QA to ensure consistency, spacing, layout, and pixel-perfect execution - Manage 6–8 active design projects in parallel with cross-functional teams - Apply best practices in responsive layout and modern eCommerce design - Guide reusable components, patterns, and design systems - Participate in early-stage planning and creative ideation with client teams - Present design work and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders
