This role moderates, curates, and enhances content for Glance AI on TV in Japan, ensuring content quality, compliance, and strong audience engagement. You will own the end-to-end publishing workflow and collaborate closely with design partners. - Moderate content to meet Glance brand standards and Japanese regulations - Ensure cultural nuance and local sensitivities are respected in published content - Curate content for Japanese audiences based on trends, seasons, and user interests - Enhance content creatively to improve engagement and emotional impact on TV - Own the publishing cycle from preparation through going live - Maintain high accuracy, speed, and quality in content releases - Collaborate cross-functionally with design teams to ensure smooth delivery
