Provide part-time interim leadership for Backblaze’s content and creative function, owning strategy, editorial quality, and cross-functional execution across marketing and communications.
- Own and execute the content strategy and roadmap across brand, product, SEO, and campaigns
- Prioritize incoming content needs and run content coordination meetings
- Manage the content and marketing calendars with internal partners
- Lead editorial ideation, drafting, revisions, and final approvals for key assets
- Direct day-to-day agency communication, prioritization, and delivery quality
- Coordinate PR-aligned, pitchable content and create press briefing documents
- Own email marketing syndication roadmap, including copy and HTML delivery
- Lead campaign content development for brand and ABM initiatives
- Provide team leadership, weekly updates, and stakeholder alignment on releases
