This Assistant Producer role supports end-to-end planning and execution of multi-genre video content, working closely with directors and production teams from development through post-production. - Participate in planning, development, and production across drama series, feature films, sports, and unscripted content - Set project goals and direction during pre-production with directing and production teams - Define content concept, style, and key creative/production elements - Build production teams, including casting/booking talent and subject-matter experts - Create and manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and resource plans - Oversee shoot preparation and on-set operations - Supervise editing, post-production, and mastering workflows - Support domestic and international production and distribution strategy planning
